Beef Curry Pot Pie

- 500 g beef chuck (diced)

- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 large egg (beaten)
Instructions
