fluffy strawberry jello dessert

a combination of jello and ice cream makes for a super easy dessert. of course, you can also use sugar free or even other flavors of gelatin. prepared in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 unit strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
  • 1 unit 'boiling water
  • 1 unit 'vanilla ice cream
  • 1 unit 'ice cubes
  • 1 unit 'whipped cream
  • 1 unit 'strawberry

Instructions

  1. combine jello and boiling water in container of electric blender
  2. 'blend for one minute
  3. 'add ice cream and ice cubes one at a time
  4. 'blend 2 minutes
  5. 'pour into serving dishes
  6. 'refrigerate until ready to serve
  7. 'top with whipped cream and a strawberry for garnish
