Ingredients

  • 600 g fish fillets (skinless)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp capers (drained)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
