Ingredients
- 600 g fish fillets (skinless)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp capers (drained)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the fish fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
