  • 2 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 cups rolled oats (uncooked)

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt to the banana mixture, stirring until well combined.

  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
