Ingredients

- 1 piece star anise
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 pieces cinnamon stick
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup orange slices (for garnish)
- 6 pieces whole cloves
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the cranberry juice, water, honey, lemon juice, and orange juice.
- Add the cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and star anise to the pot.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to simmer, then reduce the heat and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the pot from heat and strain the mixture to remove the spices.
