Ginger Soy Fried Chicken Bites

These ginger soy fried chicken bites are a delightful appetizer, featuring tender chicken pieces marinated in a flavorful ginger-soy mixture. Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce (divided)
- 2 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
- 4 stalks green onions (chopped)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- After marinating, coat the chicken pieces evenly with cornstarch.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
- Remove the fried chicken bites and drain on paper towels.
