Frankfurter and Vegetable Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 medium bell pepper (chopped)
- 400 g frankfurters
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 medium zucchini (sliced)
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Slice the frankfurters and add them to the skillet, along with the salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the frankfurters are heated through and slightly browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley before serving.
