Ingredients

  • 1 medium bell pepper (chopped)
  • 400 g frankfurters
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 medium zucchini (sliced)
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Slice the frankfurters and add them to the skillet, along with the salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the frankfurters are heated through and slightly browned.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley before serving.
