Beef and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 250 g egg noodles
- 400 g tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 200 g cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.

- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
