Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 250 g egg noodles
  • 400 g tomato sauce
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 200 g cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.

  5. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
